St Alipius implements a whole school approach to Student Wellbeing with programs such as Peaceful Kids and the Bounce Back Curriculum delivered across all year levels.
Mindfulness and Neuroscience![]() Peaceful Kids Mindfulness & Positive Psychology Program The 'Peaceful Kids' program is a Mindfulness and Positive Psychology based program to lessen anxiety and stress and increase resilience in children from Prep through to Year 12. This program helps children to build their emotional resilience so they are better equipped to deal with the day to day stresses that life brings them. At St Alipius the Peaceful Kids program is conducted by our trained teachers in a Whole Class setting, with our optional Small Group Sessions facilitated by our School Counsellor/Wellbeing Officer. Social & Emotional Learning![]() BounceBack! is a Positive Education approach to wellbeing, resilience and social-emotional learning. The award-winning program is used across all St Alipius year levels in the promotion of positive mental health, wellbeing and resilience for both students and teachers, with the aim of building safe and supportive class and school learning environments.

Wellbeing SurveyWhy only measure academic success? Insight into wellbeing empowers schools to make changes that lead to more flourishing school communities, which leads to better academic and workplace success.
AWE provides an easy way for schools to measure their wellbeing overtime (staff, students, parents), and assess the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives. AWE provides individual and school reports, captures feedback, and alerts schools to students that are struggling.
