The 'Peaceful Kids' program is a Mindfulness and Positive Psychology based program to lessen anxiety and stress and increase resilience in children from Prep through to Year 12. This program helps children to build their emotional resilience so they are better equipped to deal with the day to day stresses that life brings them.

At St Alipius the Peaceful Kids program is conducted by our trained teachers in a Whole Class setting, with our optional Small Group Sessions facilitated by our School Counsellor/Wellbeing Officer.

Wellbeing Survey

Why only measure academic success? Insight into wellbeing empowers schools to make changes that lead to more flourishing school communities, which leads to better academic and workplace success.

AWE provides an easy way for schools to measure their wellbeing overtime (staff, students, parents), and assess the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives.

AWE provides individual and school reports, captures feedback, and alerts schools to students that are struggling. Together these snapshots of information help schools improve wellbeing on individual, cohort, and whole school levels.

Knowledge is empowerment.
